International Concept Development and Experimentation Conference 

The 2022 International Concept Development and Experimentation (ICDE) Conference took place from 25 October to 27 October 2022 in Budapest, Hungary. 
Since 2001, the ICDE Conference has been Allied Command Transformation’s annual forum that provides a unique opportunity for the international Concept Development and Experimentation community and stakeholders to discuss the most current issues of concept development and experimentation. 

After virtual editions in 2020 and 2021, the in-person event was hosted by the Hungarian Defence Forces Command.  The 2022 ICDE Conference agenda was focused on the subject “How does the Concept Development and Experimentation contribute to the Alliance Warfare Development”. The event included keynote addresses, interactive panel discussions, the “CD&E Exchange”, and a mini-expo promoting Concept Development and Experimentation initiatives. From NATO EOD COE, Mr. Vladimir Vostiar,  Capability Development and Defense Planning specialist was selected to  participate at the Conference.
