   All completed registration forms are being exclusively handled by the EOD Centre of Excellence (EOD COE) and they are not provided to the third part.

Consent Declaration:

1. Promotional Material: D&T 2025 meeting-related promotional content.
2. Reports and Presentations: For educational or reporting purposes.
3. Digital Platforms: Social media, websites, and online publications.
4. Print Media: Brochures, newsletters, and other printed publications.

I understand and agree that:

• I will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of the photographs or videos.
• I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product where my likeness appears.
• The rights to the photographs and videos will remain with the workshop organizers, and I waive any claims related to the usage.
