Alternate Threat Scenarios Seminar 2023

The Counter Improvised Explosive Devices Centre of Excellence organized the Alternate Threat Scenarios Seminar 2023. The seminar was held in the “Colegio Infanta Maria Teresa”, Madrid, Spain from 5th to 7th September 2023.

The event aimed to provide a favourable space to present alternate (so those emerging, unprecedented, never directly faced, unexpected or modified from current ones) models for threat scenarios as developed by non-state actors, just in benefit of critical thinking analysis.

The representative of EOD COE OF-3 Peter Mrazik joined the seminar and brought his contribution, especially from the EOD perspective during the syndicates.
