EOD COE Annual Quality Assurance Conference 2023 - Advancing Excellence in Explosive Ordnance Disposal

The NATO Explosive Ordnance Disposal Centre Of Excellence (EOD COE) Annual Quality Assurance (QA) Conference 2023 took place in Trencin, Slovakia, on December 14, 2023. The Annual QA Conference serves as a platform for fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, evaluating delivered products and advancing the Quality Assurance practices within the EOD COE. The Annual QA Conference 2023 addressed a wide range of topics crucial to the EOD COE Education and Individual Training (E&IT) deliverables with a primary focus on quality assurance measures. The Centre´s Quality Management Team and Conference participants discussed and evaluated best practices in training and education, and shared insights into effective training methodologies and educational programs. Emphasis was placed on continuous learning and the integration of realistic training scenarios. The thoughtful discussions and collaborations initiated at this event are expected to have a lasting impact on the future and further improvement of EOD COE products and E&IT activities.
