The Explosive Ordnance Disposal Centre of Excellence (EOD COE) is proud to announce its active participation in the NATO Quality Assurance Forum (QA Forum) 2023.
The annual event, held this year on 17 and 18 October 2023 at the Military Engineering Centre of Excellence (MILENG COE), in lngolstadt, Germany, brought together more than 60 esteemed representatives from the NATO QA Community of Interest to discuss and share insights on the crucial aspect of QA. The NATO QA Forum is an indispensable platform to exchange best practices, methodologies, and insights related to QA.
EOD COE, with its specialized knowledge in explosive ordnance disposal, plays a critical role in helping NATO members enhance the quality and safety of their operations. By participating in the forum, EOD COE contributes to the ongoing dialogue on how to best integrate quality assurance principles not only into education and training but into the entire realm of explosive ordnance disposal.
The participation of EOD COE representatives COL ZSOLT SZILAGY (HUN-A), LTC ALEXANDER HUGYAR (SVK-) and LTC Ret, Vladimir VOSTIAR (SVK-A) in the NATO QA Forum 2023 involved sharing their experiences, expertise, and insights gained from years of service in the field. Collaboration and knowledge-sharing among NATO member countries are central to the success of the alliance.
