MINE ACTION 2025

 

The 21st International Symposium “Mine Action 2025” was held in Croatia Hotel in Cavtat, Dubrovnik, from April 01 – 03, 2025. The event is supported under the patronage of the President of the Croatian Parliament, Mr. Jandroković and hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Croatian Mine Action Centre—Centre for Testing, Development and Training (CTRO). It is attended by approximately 200 participants from thirty countries annually.

The three-day event provides participants with an exclusive opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss solutions to technical and managerial challenges, and offer insights into the latest technologies, equipment, and available methods. In addition to the plenary session, extra time was allocated during the symposium to showcase mine action equipment, allowing participants to present their products to decision-makers from all over the world.

This symposium is recognised by leading mine action experts, government officials, business leaders, and civil society members as a critical forum where the EOD COE presented current and future projects. During the conference, the EOD COE introduced its 2025 NATO EOD Demonstrations & Trials event and maintained a display throughout the symposium.
