In accordance with NATO approach to Global Programming Framework (GPF) in Education and Training (E&T), the C-IED COE, as the C-IED military discipline Department Head (DH) hosted the 6th C-IED ADC. The 6th C-IED ADC was conducted in line with an issued agenda from 27th FEB to 28th FEB 2019. Selected NATO headquarters, international and national Education and Training Facilities (ETF) representatives attended the conference to review the C-IED Discipline Alignment Plan (DAP), which contains C-IED discipline requirements on E&T.
Because EOD is a “specialist area” with its multidisciplinary interaction, NATO EOD COE contributed to the conference as one of the C-IED E&T enablers to “Prepare the Force” and “Defeat the Device” pillar. During the C-IED ADC, there were discussed the current E&T requirements and their needs for NATO headquarters and its community.
