Successful execution of NATO EOD Demonstrations and Trials 2023

The NATO Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Center of Excellence, with the support of the Slovak Republic's Ministry of Defense, successfully organized the 7th NATO Demonstration and Trials at Incheba Expo in Bratislava on October 11-12, 2023. The event's main theme was "Future EOD development in light of modern conflicts and technological progress," as a challenge for EOD/IEDD experts, scientists, producers, industry, and SMEs involved in the fight against terrorism 

The event brought together EOD-related entities from NATO and partner nations to discuss operational requirements, armaments, and technological advancements. This regular gathering is necessary for CNAD DAT POW to create solutions and transfer them into reality. Over 450 persons from 27 countries attended the event, and 50 exhibitors from 16 countries presented equipment and technologies related to EOD. 

The NATO EOD Demonstrations and Trials series has proved to be a successful and irreplaceable event that is highly anticipated by SMEs, academia, and industry for its excellent opportunity to build new connections, exchange information on technical solutions, and find common interests for future developments. The positive feedback from the visitors and exhibitors showed that the event's goals were achieved, and everyone is already looking forward to the next iteration.
