Commander of the Military Academy Vyskov, CZE visits the NATO EOD COE

On 22 JUN 2017, the Commander of the Military Academy Vyskov, CZE, Brigadier General Josef Kopecky, MSc visited the NATO EOD COE and the ongoing CBRN EOD IM SOT Course.

In accordance with the visit’s agenda and on behalf of EOD COE Director COL Lubomir MRVAN  LTC Alexander Hugyar, SVK A, Education and Training Department Head, welcomed BG Kopecky to the NATO EOD COE facility and introduced the overall Centre’s mission, vision and objectives, which the Centre fullfils as a NATO international military organization. 

Later, LTC Hugyar together with LTC Constantin EFRIM, ROU, the Transformation Support Department Head, and LTC Grzegorz MOTAK, POL A, the Deputy Head of Technologies Department presented BG Kopecky  the Centre’s deliverables and future endeavours  which are  in line with the Centre’s vision "To be a catalyst for improvement and transformation of EOD". 

In occasion of the CBRN EOD IM SOT Course delivery, in which the Military Academy Vyskov contributes, BG Kopecky was familiarized with the course MAPEX scenario. 
In the conclusion, the participants of the visit agreed on future cooperation development and continuation of SMEs exchanging from both institutions.
