On the 9th of February 2017, Col. Lubomir MRVAN, Director of the EOD COE, hosted the visit of BG William E. KING, Commander, U.S. Army 20th CBRNE Command accompanied by members of his staff. 

The aim of the visit was to present to the distinguished guests a comprehensive overview on the NATO EOD COE mission and  the ongoing activities in support of NATO. During the meeting with the presence of heads EOD COE departmens, the EOD COE Director briefed BG King on the structure and described the progress of the Centre from its establishment till nowadays. A quick review over present and future activities was delivered to the audience. Further discussions were developed on other subjects like EOD COI, EOD specific training, development of technology database, new projects and support of NATO Defence Planning Process (NDPP).
