Initial EOD Staff Officer Training

The event took place in EOD COE facility, SAF building and National EOD Centre and was aimed on delivery of knowledge and practical skills for officers intended to work on planning, commanding and controlling EOD operations in multinational environment in accordance with NATO standardization.

Important support was also provided by J CBRN Defense COE from Czech Republic, contributing to teaching process with experienced subject matter expert. Participants from Austria, Belgium, Netherland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Switzerland went through both lessons and various practical exercises and accomplished the training by final exercise and written examination, what proved them to be trained as NATO standardized EOD Staff Officers. As a tradition, all participants were awarded with certificate of completion and course badge at the end of the training.
