Security & Counter Terror Expo (STX)

Security & Counter Terror Expo (STX), held in London on 3-5 May 2017, is the UK’s leading national security event. It is a world-class showcase of the capabilities, strategies and intelligence to keep nations, infrastructure, business and people safe. It is one of the biggest exhibition with more than 350 exhibitors. It brings together senior professionals from Government, Private Sector, Critical National Infrastructure, Military, Law Enforcement, Transport Security, Border Security, Security Services, Major Events and Emergency Services.
This event is not just a simply exhibition, more conferences and seminars also organized. They are: World Counter Terror Congress, Security Design Conference, Critical National Infrastructure & Business Resilience, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Advanced Technologies Live, Border & Transport Security conference, Ambition – the EPRR Conference, Forensic Workshops. 
At this event there is also a Counter IED Zone. The zone showcased best practice in reducing the threat of IEDs. Combining live demonstrations of new technology with the latest strategies, it was a critical learning platform for EOD, CIED, CBRNe, Defence, Law Enforcement, CT and Security professionals.
During the STC events NATO Emerging Security Challenges Division also organized Defence Against Terrorism Programme of Work (DAT POW) Workshop to discuss the projects. 
Representative of NATO EOD CoE provided the basic information about COE lead DAT POW projects such as NATO EOD Demonstration & Trials series and Integration of the Exoskeleton in the battlefield” project. It was introducing NATO EOD Demonstration & Trials-2016 outcomes and results as well as the novelties of the NATO EOD Demonstration & Trials 2018.
During the exhibition NATO EOD COE established new relationships with a few new companies, such as Business Security Solution Inc., Nexter Robotics, Auditel International.
