Aim of the meetings was information exchange within C-IED and EOD domains and provision of update on related STANAGs development. Combined C-IED & EOD WG meeting gave SMEs from both groups opportunity to discus overlapping issues in the area of training and terminology.
Main effort during standalone EOD WG meeting was put on development of AJP EOD doctrine, where Centre is member of development team and made sound inputs.
Representatives of the EOD COE Ltc Bednarczik, Maj Sopcak, 1LT Dobransky and LTC (ret) Zoller provided a couple of updates including the Centre`s training portfolio and development of Staff Officer CBRN Incident Management Course, briefed on Lessons Learned database operating on the Centre`s web site, and advertised the NATO EOD Demonstration & Trials 2014 that is the key priority in Centre`s POW 2014.
