On 2 – 4 DEC 2013, the NATO EOD COE Director participated at the Information Exchange Seminar 2013 organized at the NATO MILENG COE in Ingolstadt, Germany. The aim of this event was to discuss Lessons Learned from Contracting in current NATO operations.

Jaroslav BIELENY attended a meeting with High-level IRAQ MoD delegation, organized by the Emerging Security Challenges Division/NATO HQ in Brussels, BEL to discuss possible contribution of the NATO EOD COE to overall Slovak Republic offer in support of the IRAQ Forces training.
Attack the Network Tactical Awareness Course

NATO Allied Command Transformation’s Counter-Improvised Explosive Device Integrated Product Team (NATO ACT C-IED IPT), together with the contribution of the NATO EOD COE, conducted a "Attack the Network Tactical Awareness Course (ATAC)" on 17 – 21 JUN 2013, hosted by the NATO EOD COE within the premises of the Military club, Trencin (Slovakia).
The First International HME Advanced Course

On 09 – 13 September 2013 the EOD COE organized another training event specifically tailored to the needs of emergency responders that could be called upon to respond to a possible HME Lab, or assist in identifying, rendering safe and ultimately disposing of suspected HME.
