The Centre of Excellence for EOD recently delivered the „Home-Made Explosives Course – Basic“ for 43 members of the Czech Armed Forces, particularly those representing the Military Police, Special Forces, EOD units and EOD Technical Information Centre.
The 21st Theater Sustainment Command (US Army) visited the NATO EOD COE

On 18th March 2014 the delegation from the 21st Theater Sustainment Command (US Army) visited the NATO EOD COE. The purpose of the visit was to recognise and determine linkage points for professional development opportunities within EOD area.

Change of Command

On 30th January 2014 the Change of Command ceremony in the Centre of Excellence for Explosive Ordnance Disposal took place for saying goodbye to its commander, Colonel Bielený and welcoming a new leader, Colonel Ľubomír Mrváň.
The ceremony officiated Lieutenant General Peter Vojtek, Chief of Defence of the Slovak Republic.

On 2 – 4 DEC 2013, the NATO EOD COE Director participated at the Information Exchange Seminar 2013 organized at the NATO MILENG COE in Ingolstadt, Germany. The aim of this event was to discuss Lessons Learned from Contracting in current NATO operations.

A Gift to the Elementary and Nursery School
